So on October 1st, the federal government issued an order in council determining that the West Coast Oil Pipeline Project is in the national interest.

This order in council adds the project to Schedule 1 of the Building Canada Act, although if you look up the Building Canada Act in CanLII or another one of the, uh, services showing what the text is, you probably won't see it.

I think that they still need to have it go through a Canada Gazette before that happens.

Uh, so what do we know about the project? Uh, in, in truth, we don't know, uh, that many of the kind of details.

And then the ultimate appeal where this was all set aside is that 2026 Nova Scotia CA- Court of Appeal, so NSCA 59.

So the absence of this evidence should have generated profound doubt about the account attribution.
