And again, I look at the golf participation rates, I look at rounds, I look at the municipal courses that are full, the daily fees that are full, you know, the growth of simulators, and that's sort of where I'm coming from as opposed to, you know, I think y- you're right and you've written on it, I think it's a very, very, very small subset of either, A, the number of courses and certainly the number of rounds that you would see in the course of a year.

I wanna get into some of your new projects, uh, Cabot Wilds and, and Revelstoke, but just generally, how is Cabot doing? I, I read recently that there were some, um, investment a- alterations, I guess you could say, with, with Cabot Cape Breton and, and Cabot Bordeaux.
