book called the top five regrets of the dying which I actually have on my bedside table I interviewed her when she launched the book and she's just released her first novel which is a work of fiction and most of her works have been non-fiction and so this is many many years ago that she had success with that book and it's always a reminder to me to try and live without regrets yeah And it was through her work in that palliative care space that she sort of, you know, got the content for that beautiful book.

And then I was lucky enough to host the Business NSW Regional Business Awards on Friday night, which was a few nights ago now.

And, you know, the sentiment and certainly Business NSW, which is a state in Australia, they do quarterly reporting and they've recently released their skills reporting.

And, yeah, there's been a lot of struggle for a lot of people in small business, small to medium business, and challenges for people in large business as well.

over the past 12 months.

Why would they want a bit more unemployment? Purely to slow demand.

If you slow demand, you then get a pullback on inflation in time.

Some of the interesting stats actually that had come out of that skills report from Business NSW that I was looking at for last week's event was making some interesting commentary there around employing staff has absolutely slowed.
