Now, that's a very good price, obviously, for private equity and for shareholders, and everybody's going to be happy to accept it.

But I actually think there is not, you know, there is a chance, even small, admittedly, that somebody comes in over the top of a potential trade buyer, somebody like Nemechek, Autodesk, even potentially Oracle, because they've got a big one, or Bentley Systems, or even Procore.

So there's plenty of potential interest.

Because a lot of these people have actually tried buying them over the last 10 years, I know.

And today I'm here with Jodi Mears.

She's a C-suite executive assistant at Bentley Systems, who somehow also finds time to be a speaker, mentor, and writer for the EA profession.

Yeah, it's really exciting times at Cesium.

So, you know, Cesium is now a part of Bentley Systems, and that's really been great.

We go way back with Bentley, but the partnership has really been great for advancing our vision with openness and interoperability.

And we've got a great relationship with them, both on the technology side and also on the culture side.

So we already had a relationship with them where Cesium JS was a part of the iTwin solution there.

And then 3D Tiles, which is a open standard that Cesium created that was adopted by OGC as an industry standard in 2019.

Bentley Systems was actually one of the supporters for that as well.

So a great culture fit there with openness and just believing in openness, fostering innovation.

It's a clear signal that the stakes in AI software engineering are higher than ever, with billions of dollars in future market leadership on the line.

On the leadership front, Bentley Systems, Aurea, and NIO have all appointed new executives in AI and software engineering roles.

These changes reflect a broader trend.

Companies are realigning their top teams to better respond to the growing influence of AI in their products and strategies.

AI's impact isn't limited to software engineering.

In civil engineering, companies like Bentley Systems are using AI to digitally recreate engineering landmarks, preserving vital infrastructure data and knowledge.

New AI powered software is also helping to address the shortage of civil engineering talent, automating complex design and analysis tasks.

This demonstrates how AI is being applied to solve real world challenges beyond the digital realm, making infrastructure projects more efficient and resilient.
