Uh, and that's what real estate on the water is essentially about.

Mm.

And this is why I think, and we've all seen it, and we see it still, we just talked about, um, those, uh, Williams tenders and the Benetti, um, uh, tender as well.

Yeah.

It was 100 people per day.

That was a 53 meter Benetti.

And again, we actually did full turnkey for them, so we did everything from brand, culinary, et cetera, and it was just a fantastic experience all around.

And interestingly, that was a dry event, so there was no alcohol involved, and the clients were just so excited to be there.

Um, and you know, meeting the guys at Sea Index and Water Revolution, both sort of invaluable resources and benchmarks for owners and yards.

Um, chatting with, uh, Marco Valle, uh, on stage about their collaboration, Benetti's collaboration with Sea Index, and also their radical concept, um, the Clearwave 70 meter, uh, with this amazing glass dome designed by Luca Dini, and the fact that they're really reinventing the lay- the, the yacht's layout again.

Um, and they've got a history of doing that.

Um, also hearing from Ocean Cove's Paris Balamis and Lurssen's Michael Brehmen about building giants, the Leviathan and Nixie, that have caused quite a buzz this show.

Today, I'm joined by Captain Nick Battaglia of Motor Yacht Coju.

Nick has been at the helm of the 121-foot, 37-meter Benetti Coju since the very beginning, so there's no one better place to talk about what makes this yacht so special.

With Coju now on the market and an exceptionally successful charter program behind her, we're talking about what prospective owners should really look for when considering a yacht, what makes Coju stand out, and what it takes to build a stellar charter program.

The owner was very commercial, also known as charter-minded.

And at that point in my career, that was something that I was really seeking.

So I went to the vessel and for the very first time, I just immediately knew that this was a new model for Benetti.

I knew that this particular model was going to be a huge success in the charter market.

So to start with an easy question.

So this year, Azamat Benetti Group entered its 26th year as the world's largest producer of super yachts.

So what do you think is the secret to the group's success?

It's not a really easy question, to be honest, because I cannot declare what is the secret of the success of a company in front of others, but the point is we are investing a lot in our product committee.

It's important to keep them very distinctive in the market.

We are a group, but in reality, there are two souls.

And for sure, Benetti has an heritage that allows us I don't want to say easy, but for sure it's easier than Azimuth.

Azimuth has a much more sportive DNA, and we have to keep this one also for all the Azimuth Grand Rage.
