Belgian Olympic and Interfederal Committee

The other half beginning of, uh, January.

And so from June, July till the Olympics, I had regular meetings with, uh, with the Belgian Olympic Committees to check that everything was on track, to see if they could help me in, uh, any way, um- Also with my staff, we had regular meetings to see what we could improve, what we had to be careful about.

Uh, we were made aware of all the rules related to the Olympics, about the equipment, about the communication, uh, about the life in the Olympic Village, about all the protocols, procedures to safety, safety, media, anti-doping controls, all that were, uh, yeah, we were educated about, uh, all these topics, so no surprises when we, uh, got to the Olympics.

And then, um, [clears throat] yeah, had a lot of trainings, altitude training camps, uh, some also mountain running races, training races to keep the, the shape up and to get some stimuli out of, uh, my summer season.
