Barnabas Aid

No seed means no crops, and that means no food to nourish families.

Barnabas Fund Australian CEO Ashley Saunders is back with us once again today.

Hello Ashley, welcome back to 2020.

It's good to be with you Neil and your listeners.

Hey and I welcome you back to 2020 but it's just a month or so ago you were guest host of 2020 so lots of listeners know your name a whole lot better than they ever did so wonderful to be talking to you Ashley.

Let's talk about what's happening with the Zimbabwean farmers.

Barnabas Fund in Australia, you've got a connection here.

Yes, we're working with a local project partner to provide seed to ensure that suffering Christians in remote villages have ample seed to plant in time for it to grow into a crop, for there to be a harvest.

And that hell continues.

A report this year from Barnabas Aid, an international Christian ministry, points to a study from the Observatory for Religious Freedom in Africa.

It found that more than 18,000 Christians were killed by Islamists in Nigeria alone between October 2019 and September 2025.

That's not war.
