There's a scale up now where they take old devices and refurbish them and you can just buy them back secondhand if you need a new device, if your device is broken.

And Apple, to a lot of the vast majority of the public, feels like one of the only companies that isn't nearly as complicit in what's going on.

When it comes to boycotting Apple, what we want people to consider is to buy their phones refurbished from websites like Back Market so that you're not getting a brand new device and that you're not giving Apple your money.

And so try to think of other ways to avoid giving Apple new capital and new finances to keep making excuses to how profitable they are.

One of the things that you'll notice is that Apple is, really, really heavily relying on subscription models and services these days because they've realized just how financially beneficial it is for them because people will buy things on a monthly basis.
