So we create this framework called adoption readiness levels, which is still on the DOE website.

It's being used by B Capital, BCGs, Investment Arm, Breakthrough Energy, and others to really look at technologies to understand what are the fundamental risks that you have to overcome besides technology in order for a technology to make it to market.

So I think the problem is we are not looking at things like adoption readiness when we are making decisions on stage gating of whether there's a go or no go.

And without that, then we keep investing in technologies without actually understanding what we have to de-risk.

It's Russell Investments celebrating the launch of two ETFs.

Firm recently agreed to be acquired by a consortium led by B Capital and CalPERS.

At the NASDAQ in Times Square, Tribeca Strategic Acquisition Corp. focused on businesses including software, tech, and AI.

And at CBO in Chicago, it is the floor operations team.

Are there any other, like, stories or, um, you know, s- companies that you guys talk a lot about? Uh, like, tell me about the winners or the success stories that you get excited about that, that we should know about.

Uh, Company Cam was, was one last year that took money from, uh, B Capital and, um, Alpha Partners, and, uh, they were reported a $2 billion valuation after, after that round.

And so, um, members were able to participate in a secondary along with the founders and, and employees.

So that was super exciting for the startup, um, ecosystem, um, to have more liquidity in the markets to invest in new businesses or, or have those employees start their own as well.
