And I knew that her mix of research, classroom partnerships, and arts integration experience would make for a really practical learning conversation and I'm so glad that she's here to join today.

So they released Stretch AI, which is their... their chatbot that allows you to use their resources from ISTE and ASCD to say what best practices look like and things like that.

And they've trained it on their stuff.

So what I see is that for most people, what the AI has already is good enough and they don't feel the need to go that deep.

And that might be old agendas, chat conversations, whatever.

So I think If there is an opportunity to load in some expertise to make sure those conversations are aligned with broader school goals or district goals, I think that's a real positive.

Whether or not that is coming directly from the ISTE, ASCD world, it's kind of a different question.

You know, I think there are a lot of districts and schools out there that would be grateful to have those resources as part of, you know, the background information, right? And this is where like a tool where Notebook LM I think is so valuable is by being able to choose those sources, right? you can kind of refine the output and get what you're looking for.

She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education, Second Class Honors Upper Division from Roehampton University and an Associate of Arts in Primary Education from the Turks and Caicos Islands Community College, where she was named to the Dean's List.

Forbes has also undertaken extensive specialized professional development, including the TCICC differentiated instruction course, pilot and training in transformational leadership, student behavior, curriculum and instruction at the ASCD annual conference in Washington, D.C. She also holds certifications in safeguarding children, inclusive teaching strategies, restorative practices in education, and the SPIRE reading program.

Can you talk about the whole school, whole community, whole child framework?

Yeah, so that was created by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, as well as other health and education leaders.

And what it does is provide a student-centered and family-engaged approach that really emphasizes community and family to making sure that children have the appropriate health and education.

There are 10 different components, and components include things like education family engagement, employee wellness, physical environment, but also importantly, health education, physical education and physical activity, and social and emotional climate.

So in this book, she gives educators practical ways to use creativity as a hidden advantage in an AI-driven world.

Her work is featured by Edutopia, Education Week, and ASCD.

And she now reaches millions of teachers looking for fresh, doable ideas they can use tomorrow.
