Mining, by the way, is also going to be on the list for us in Manitoba.

And I should mention that Port of Churchill and Railway are operated by the Arctic Gateway Group, and that own ownership is 29 First Nations and 12 remote northern Manitoba communities.

I want to ask you about what you alluded to earlier, that historically Canada has had a lot of red tape.

A lot of investors have said that the regulatory regime here is why they haven't put their money in our country.

But what about the concrete realities of the costs and the timelines? While the Premier is trying to sell the big idea of the Churchill Port project, those that actually own the port have some different goals for the scope of development.
