And this group looked at four different supplements, which was a two-strain probiotic, a supplement called curcumin, a supplement called berberine and new zealand blackcurrant extract and they specifically looked at the effects of these supplements on gut health during exercise and that's really important because especially in these ultra endurance events gi distress is one of the main issues for people not finishing the dnf thing because because they just can't get the energy into the system.
