We've got a great team who does that out in the field, but uh you know the biggest challenge to start with is it's not one audience right there there's thousands of different audiences wearing the same logo essentially of allied universal or g4s and allied universal organization and so it starts there just recognizing that we're in 80 plus countries and so that scale and it hides a little bit of that that variance we've got frontline employees and a frontline employee and the training that he or she needs in Singapore is going to be very different than the training that an executive needs in Sao Paulo.
