And we...

We do Sure, we do Allen & Heath, we do EAW, GB Tech, we do Square V for LED walls.

We've been into several different lines that we do.

And I get to travel around this beautiful state and talk to dealers and work with our integrators.

I wasn't touring with my own console, but night to night to night to night, whether I was on a Midas, whether I was on a Yamaha, which was my preferred, the PM series, right.

Uh, at the time, the 3000, 4,000, whatever, um, Allen and Heath, whatever I was on the, you could look at the console and, And within minutes.

Look

at the real estate and say, oh, okay.

Chala santosham." And in the process, what happened was, uh, one of our brothers, he went to the internet and downloaded the image of the latest audio mixer.

I think it was a Soundcraft mixer, which was, or Allen & Heath, I don't remember the company name.

But it was the latest model and, uh, a big multi-channel mixer, and he'd just taken a printout of that.

[laughs]

So I was involved in ministry and my dad felt the call to go on the road into concert ministry.

So like from the time I was 10 to like 1920, like I was touring the U.S. and we would set up like I started on a little like QU 16, like the Allen Heath concert.

Yes, sir.

Yeah.

[laughs]

And it was an Allen & Heath mixer as well-

Ooh

... which is even-

[laughs] And it was forty-eight inputs, and I mean, it was huge.

And now I have this tiny little Allen & Heath console that's, like, literally a nineteen-inch rack space, and it's f- it's forty-eight inputs, and it's technically even more.

So it's like, uh, that's the biggest thing, but things just, they s- they sound better than they used to.

Um, like those old consoles, they used to just kinda ring like y- I mean, you know how like an old eight eight eight used to just kinda have that harsh sound where, you know, uh, they really did a good job getting consoles sounding better, which I, I'm glad they did.

So I've talked about some of the internet bonding devices, but let's talk about some of the other things I add to my live streams that help me make them more effective.

So beyond the internet bonding devices and the YoloBox, some other things that we have are we have an Allen & Heath CQ18T soundboard.

I like this board because it's an 18 track digital soundboard that you can mix on the board itself or via an iPad.

Jake really likes to go and mix off the iPad so he can take it with him.

This device is creating, imagine it's creating a project file a literal DaVinci Resolve file that you can click and pull up after the fact.

And this project file is recording everything you do in the stream, not just the ISO tracks, but every time you switch camera angles, every time you cross fade from a camera to another or do a dip to black, or anytime you pull up a graphic or play a pre-made video, no matter what it is that you do, It's all being saved in real time on a timeline on a Resolve project file.

So you can pull up DaVinci Resolve, this project file, after the stream has happened and go back in and edit your stream after the fact, which allows you to... go in and cut all these projects up polish them again as mentioned a minute ago like you're going to make mistakes when you're alive it's just part of being a human it's human nature right you're not going to always cut the exact moment you wish you know that that you wish you would have in hindsight like i shouldn't cut there or i should have cut sooner like you could fix all that in post and so if the client is wanting to pay i talked about this earlier in the podcast about the upsell if the client is wanting to pay as an upsell for you to come in and do post-production services on the stream, clean it up, or cut out individual presentations or anything, you can pull up the project file and use ISO tracks from the Resolve recording, and then I can even add the ISO tracks from my Allen & Heath board and have clean, unaltered audio to edit off of that I can sweeten and post, and then be able to fix anything I did in the live stream and post as well, which is really, really, really cool.

Another thing that we have is the DaVinci Resolve.
