ABC Supply Co., Inc.

Sorry about that one.

But this one was ABC Supply announced that their current chief information officer, Tony Vaden, is retiring, and Larry Sullivan is taking over his position as of January 1st, 2027, as chief information officer, in case that was unclear.

[laughs]

Chief information officer.

I loved the industry from the get-go because I always found it interesting just how much people cared about each other industry and even competitors like they were i don't want to like i guess you can say i was friendly like i always thought it was interesting like especially at the mill level i remember an interesting situation when there was a mill that caught fire and another mill helped them to you know be able to rebuild and help fill in orders like that i thought that was really cool about the industry so i just think our industry is great when it comes that kind of stuff regarding like some of the other trends at a high level um I think one of the more alarming things that goes unnoticed, because, I mean, a lot of people already know things like, you know, consolidation.

We know we see that with what we just spoke about, you know, and including on the retail side with like the USLBMs, ABC Supply, BFS, you know, as well as that's kind of the main ones, because 84 isn't really doing a lot of acquisitions.

There's a pretty big, you know, side one is.

There's curtailments and closures, but also that's the biggest part that gets noticed when it comes to that is the softwood side.

Those are the billionaire owners of Uline, the manufacturing supply company.

And Diane Hendricks, who is the founder, the CEO of ABC Supply, I believe, said, She gave $5.6 million to the Republican Party of Wisconsin.

So you look at that, that's 27, almost 28 million.

You look at Tiffany's total raised and those transfers, it kind of tells you what's going on here.

You know, Menards is one of our big cons- uh, customers.

ABC Supply is another one.

Okay.

So we are in the big box stores.

Um, again, my name is Alisha Vobian and I've been with mule hide for a little over a year and a half.

However, I've been part of the ABC supply family for 11 years this month.

Actually.

Um, I come from a history of training, in person and creating resources for training purposes for others to use.

I am in my 36th year on the roofs.

So I started when I was 15 years old and on a crew and spent a lot of time there.

I spent 16 years with ABC Supply and the last nine with Mule Hide here.

Very good.

Richard and Elizabeth Uline are billionaire American business executives and prominent conservative political mega donors best known for founding the shipping and packaging supply line company Uline.

And Diane Hendricks, one of the richest women in the world, co-founded ABC Supply with her late husband.

It's grown into the largest wholesale distributor of roofing, siding and windows.

So I'm only talking about this.
