Developed with World Athletics, Runnex connects runners competing over five kilometres on compatible Technogym treadmills, with certified performances recorded on global leaderboards.

The new directory, announced on 30 September and available through the Runnex website, enables participants to locate affiliated facilities while giving operators another channel to reach local running communities.

Hyrox has announced a global technology partnership with ABC Fitness that will bring its official training programs into the digital platforms used by gyms, studios and coaches, providing affiliated operators with additional ways to support members preparing for the fitness racing series.

Sunshine Coast-founded training company FitCollege has been named Australia's top fitness education provider at the 2026 AusActive National Awards, with the win decided by the votes of students themselves.

And this week in People News, after almost 12 years with Wexa Virtual, Chief Executive Paul Bowman is stepping away from the virtual fitness business to pursue new ventures across fitness, sport and wellness.

While Angharad Senor has been promoted to the role of Global Director, Growth Marketing at ABC Fitness.
